A1: We are honored to offer you free sample (usually under 1kilo). New clients are expected to pay for the carriage. So, inform us your express account for freight collect. Or we could send you the samples by FedEx, DHL, EMS etc. after you pay the freight.

A2: Of course, yes! Pre-shipment sample could be provided before shipment to your end based on your requirements. And also, if you have some demand on microbiological detection, we could arrange it tested by component authorities.

A3: We will enable you to receive accurate data on the status of your order anytime. After loading the goods, we will email you with the Shipping Advice as an attachment, where you could find the B/L No., ETA, ETD etc. Also, when the vessel arrived at your destination port, we will also update to you.
